WISCONSIN AMATEUR RADIO CLUB, INC.
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
Executed by the undersigned for the purpose of forming a Wisconsin corporation under Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes, without Stock and Not for Profit.
Article 1. The name of the corporation shall be Wisconsin Amateur Radio Club, Inc.
Article 2. The purpose of existence shall be: Perpetual
Article 3. The purposes shall be to facilitate the exchange of information and general cooperation between members, to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism and individual operating efficiency, and to so conduct club programs and activities, as to advance the general interest and welfare of amateur radio in the general community.

Article 5. Name of the Initial Registered Agent: Phillip Rebensburg
Article 6. Address of the initial Registered Agent: W159 N9737 Butternut Road Germantown, WI 53022
Article 7. The number of directors may be fixed by by-law but shall not be less than three (3).
Article 8. The number of directors constituting the initial board shall be seven (7).
Article 9. The names and addresses of the Initial Directors:
Phillip Rebensburg, President William Shadid, Vice President Chuck Kugel, Secretary
Neal Degner, Treasurer Randy Erickson, Member at Large Terry Koller, Member at Large
John Lorbiecki, Member at Large
Article 10. Membership Provision. All persons interested in amateur radio shall be eligible for membership. Membership shall be by application and election upon such terms as the club shall by its by-laws provide. |
