Text Box: MINUTES AS AMENDED REGULAR MEETING WISCONSIN AMATEUR RADIO CLUB, INC WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2011 The regular monthly meeting of the Wisconsin Amateur Radio Club, Inc was held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 7:30 PM at the Germantown Police Department Annex Building. PROGRAM Ken Dziubek presented the program “Sailing by Somalia.” BUSINESS MEETING President Phil Rebensburg called the business meeting to order at 8:40 PM. There were 19 members present. Minutes Motion by Bill Shadid, seconded by Pancho Doneis to approve the regular meeting minutes, as revised, from the September 28, 2011 meeting. All voted aye. Motion was approved. Motion by Russ Hanson, seconded by Pancho Doneis to approve the regular meeting minutes, as revised, from the October 26, 2011 meeting. All voted aye. Motion was approved. Treasurer's Report Treasurer Roger Wolverton reported that the club has an adequate account balance. Motion by Lou Schulz, seconded by Ted Stiller to approve the Treasurer's Report. All voted aye.
